ABOUT ROBINSONS' CORNER

Robinsons’ Corner is a redevelopment of agricultural buildings in the middle of North and South Wheatley, a popular village which is a 10-minute drive from Retford and Gainsborough. The renovated agricultural buildings can be used for a range of commercial uses.

For decades, the buildings at Robinsons’ Corner were part of a busy working farm most commonly associated with William and Mary Robinson. The Robinsons farmed the land from the Second World War until the late 1980s and lived in South Wheatley for the rest of their lives.

In the mid-2010s, a decision was taken to redevelop the site to help maintain the buildings and preserve some of Wheatley's traditional agricultural architecture. After several years’ planning, the first development phase commenced in September 2021 and completed in August 2022.
